Individual Therapy
Support That Meets You Where You Are
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, struggling with focus, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life, individual therapy offers a space that’s fully yours.
I provide online psychotherapy and counselling for teens and adults in Canada, grounded in care, collaboration, and real connection.

Therapy for Anxiety
Anxiety can show up in many ways – constant worry, restlessness, overthinking, or even physical symptoms that feel hard to explain. It can make everyday situations feel overwhelming and leave you feeling like you’re always on edge.
Through individualized therapy, we’ll slow things down and gently untangle the patterns that keep you stuck. We’ll work together to create space for calm, clarity, and presence, so you can start to feel more grounded and in control of your day-to-day life.
Therapy for Depression
Depression can be quiet and invisible, or heavy and loud. It might make even the simplest tasks feel impossible. You might feel disconnected from yourself or others, like you’re moving through life in slow motion.
You don’t have to carry that weight alone. Through individualized therapy, we’ll explore what’s underneath, reconnect with your strengths, and create small, meaningful shifts that lead to a greater sense of hope, energy, and purpose.

Therapy for Trauma
Trauma can leave lasting echoes in your body and mind. In our work together, we’ll create a space where your story is met with gentleness and choice, never pressure. I offer trauma-informed, online individual therapy that supports your pace and your voice.
Therapy for Addiction
Substance use often starts as a way to cope, but can leave you feeling stuck. Whether you’re questioning your use or looking to make changes, this is a space to talk openly, explore what’s working (and what’s not), and figure out what you really need. No pressure, just support.
Therapy for Relationships
Whether you’re navigating conflict, codependency, or figuring out how to show up as your full self in relationships, therapy can help. Together, we’ll unpack patterns and strengthen your sense of self in connection with others.
I Also Support a Range of Other Concerns
From adult ADHD and stress, to identity exploration and life transitions, my approach is always personalized. I offer individual counselling for teens, adults, and young people looking for meaningful change. If it matters to you, it matters here.

Got a Question?
What is individual therapy?
Individual therapy is one-on-one counselling that helps people navigate personal challenges, build coping skills, and improve well-being. Whether you’re looking for adult therapy, youth therapy, or support for life transitions, individual therapy is tailored to your unique needs.
What counselling theory is best for adolescents?
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach. Effective counselling for teens often includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, or strength-based approaches. A therapist will tailor the method to fit a teen’s personality and needs.
How long does individual therapy last?
This is something decided by you, it can vary greatly between individuals. Therapy is not a quick fix and does take some time, but you can decide how long that is.
Can individual therapy help a marriage?
Yes. While individual therapy focuses on personal growth, it can improve communication, emotional awareness, and relationship patterns, which can strengthen a marriage. For couples struggling together, couples counseling may be a better fit.
How much does individual therapy cost?
I offer a free 15-minute consultation to help you determine if therapy is the right fit. Regular individual therapy sessions are $90 for a 50 minute session.
Can a therapist help with adult ADHD?
Yes. An adult ADHD therapist can help with focus, time management, and emotional regulation. Through individual counseling, adults with ADHD can develop strategies to manage daily challenges and improve their quality of life.
